Question of the Week:
World Vision is working in Saboba. Though their work is the traditional, hand-out style of development, it still plays an important part in development here. There is an interesting issue however...
The boreholes that World Vision is drilling in Saboba are an imported model (see my past blog post) for which parts are unavailable & expensive to obtain, therefore the district cannot repair them. Why is World Vision using the India Mach II model, rather than the local Afridev pumps? Call them, research, & push to find out! Or email them here.
